April is National Poetry Month!! From Shakespeare to Woodson to Dickinson to Rich, we are celebrating poetry here at Kistler! 

 

On Thursday, March 30th, we hosted a Poetry Slam! Three students shared their original work. It was a powerful and meaningful experience!

Throughout the month of April, we will be posting our favorite poetic finds from the archives, as well as Rosemont Ravens' favorites! Stay tuned!

 

In addition to “waxing poetic”, we are busy preparing for a variety of events. 

April 4-12th: Ukraine Emergency Relief Fun Drive

April 11th 7p.m.: We are hosting a Ramadan celebration organized by Campus Ministry.

April 20th 7 p.m.: Yarn social: bring your favorite yarn craft or come and learn how to crochet or know!

And of course, the end of the semester is fast approaching! Come and join us for some great study sessions before finals begin.

Every Saturday and Sunday between now and the end of the semester, we will be offering virtual reference hours. Use our library chat or email us (library@rosemont.edu) between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. EST for help! 

April 28: We are hosting a Finals Cram Sessionfor Athletics! Tutors and the Reference librarian will be on hand to help! 

April 29: It’s Tutor Lock-In. Our tutors will be available from 5 to 9 in the library along with our one reference librarian. Get a jump start on studying before finals!
