Eisenhower Matrix

Picture

The Eisenhower Matrix - President Dwight Eisenhower developed the concept. After you’ve drawn your Eisenhower Matrix, you will have four empty boxes, two by two. This will allow you to categorize your to-do items into one of four possible descriptions:

First Quadrant  (upper left): urgent and important – Do These Tasks

Second Quadrant (upper right): important, but not urgent – Decide when to deal with these

Third Quadrant (lower left): not important, but urgent – Delegate these tasks

Fourth Quadrant (lower right): neither important nor urgent – Delete these tasks
